New Years Eve Outreach in Old Town Sacramento

I took a trip up to see family and meet other brethren in NorCal end of 2017 and the events over the 4 days I was there were truly filled with the Spirit and the LORD moved mightily!  So many prayers with the homeless, so many encounters meeting other brethren while out evangelizing whom were sent to help encourage us in the midst of spiritual opposition, even conversion prayers and grown men weeping repentant tears that turned into joy during the preaching of the Gospel... From Santa Cruz to Sacramento, the Gospel was definitely preached!

The Kingdom of Heaven is Like a Treasure Hidden in A Field...

Tonight during evangelism in North Hollywood, we came across a hostile woman who was drunk and apparently on some kind of substance (likely methamphetamine). Her jumpy "spirit" was making me feel uneasy but the moment I asked her to please calm down, she got pissed and stormed away cursing at me and threatening to "sock me". I was desperate to get through to her so I got on the Aker and started preaching so there was no way to turn her ears away from the message of the Gospel and the pleas to seek the LORD JESUS. It was one of those moments where again, I understand well, the bondage, the grief, the pain, the emptiness and I don't know...

JESUS is My Boaz

Tonight we were out in NoHo evangelizing and proclaiming the Gospel open air. I was praying that the LORD allow us to penetrate broken hearts, that someone out there would be given ears to listen, that the seeds would fall on fertile soil and someone would hear the cry of HIS heart, calling out to the lost and estranged souls to hurry up on come on home, to REPENT and return HOME...   And then there was this woman. She was drinking her mini wine bottles, like how I used to in my hay-day. She said as she was listening to me preaching, the words were convicting her heart and she could relate to so much of it. She was 55 years old, and...

Comfort In Affliction

Psalm 119:71 “It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes.”  Among the greatest lessons I have come to know in CHRIST, is what it truly means to find strength in HIM. HE has taught me strength is found greater in tears, in weeping, in the not running from the fear of the pain, and just allowing yourself to feel, to weep, to let the grief pour forth from the brokenness, the longing, the despair... and to rest on the promises of HIS WORD and KNOW because of who HE IS and how far HE has allowed me to go, I CAN TRUST HIM, I CAN BELIEVE HIM, and I hang on every word, for...

I Would Rather Be A Doorkeeper At the House of MY GOD

It seems almost unfair to be overly focused on addressing the hell people are going to in order to get them to repent, when you are talking to those whom are blind and without concept of eternity, for it seems the hope of eternity can only be awakened by the Gospel of JESUS CHRIST.   I suppose that is why testimony is so important, and to be moved by compassion as was the LORD for the lost seeking their answers. For myself, I pray I never forget the hell I knew I was already in when I was lost and broken, for that is what compels me to shake awake those dead asleep in the bondage of their sins. For...
