Wherever We Go, There HE Is.

EZEKIEL 34:16 I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment.

After witnessing the Gospel with other sisters in Hollywood today, I feeling led to draw to a more quiet place. I went back to the valley and sat with my signs, people watching for a bit in North Hollywood station, then just began walking down Lankershim Blvd. I felt led to march in humble silence with my "SIN, WHEN IT IS FINISHED, BRINGS DEATH- JESUS DIED FOR OUR SINS, REPENT AND BELIEVE" sign.
I came across a homeless man, who's name is Rich. Rich is a young kid, came out from Rhode Island on a road trip, was going to be an actor, lost his truck and now is on foot roaming the streets of Los Angeles. Another lost sheep scattered from the flock, running away from home... lost with nowhere to go.
I gave him one of my gospel tracts, told him I know what it's like to be homeless and lost, but GOD led me home. I gave him a flier with the church resource list and told him where people seem to be staying in the area. Asked him to show up on Sundays at the Lord's Lighthouse for hot meals and Bible study or at least go on Wednesday for community meetings to get plugged in. He truly seemed so relieved that someone cared to stop and talk to him and for the reassurance that no matter what he's going through, the LORD is with him.
It always touches my heart when they wish me "God bless you". Because truly, by allowing me to serve them, HE already has. Then even a second man came up asking me for a flier because he believes in JESUS too. What a beautiful thing to have someone actually come up to me and ask for one himself! Praise GOD for showing me that our labors are not in vain! Sending a prayer request out for this young man, Rich, to my fellow saints. May the LORD lead him home to HIM, and he find a safe place to rest. In JESUS name- AMEN
